Google Workspace account Upgrades not an option?

    I’ve found other people saying the samething, WordPress.com doesn’t seem to allow us to Upgrade our Google Workspace accounts. What is going on here? I’m in a major bind as I MUST generate a new email and am locked into the existing Basic plan. A simple plan upgrade would fix me right up, but that doesn’t help me. I emailed support yesterday but this is a time sensitive matter and I have no other means of seeking help.

    If anyone finds this post in the future, DO NOT BUY GOOGLE WORKSPACE FROM WORDPRESS (or any 3rd Party Reseller). You will end up like me locked into a situation where you are at their mercy for support, whereas getting it direct from Google you can just easily change plans on a whim.

    You can add additional emails to your Google Workspace account by following the steps here:

    Or, go to your Inbox on your WordPress.com dashboard and click the “Create a new mailbox” as shown here:
