Google Workspace Reseller Account not Released from Automattic

  I have seen this topic several times on this forum. My site is no longer hosted with wordpress.com as I now have a VPS for my site. I desperately need to upgrade my Google Workspace account but it says that Automattic is the Reseller and I have to contact you. I have contacted you before and was told that if I cancel my Google Workspace subscription from wordpress.com then it will automatically remove Automattic and I can then manage on my own. That is not the case for me, and doesnt appear to be the case for a lot of people on this forum. I see that wordpress support usually reaches out individually to handle this.

  Would love help with this! I have been waiting a couple of months to get my Google Workspace account in order.

  Support ended up helping me with this. There are evidently two places to cancel the service.
