Google/ad ampaign

    Hello, I tried to look up the answers in the help section but am confused. By reading https://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/ I understand that I can not be paid for advertisements on my blog unless the site has a lot of traffic and that third party advertisements are not allowed on a user’s site/blog. But would I be able to use Google AdSense by going to their site and setting up an ad campaign for my potential site or current blog. A campaign that will promote my site on various places on the interne but not place any ads on iambeautiful.be? I’m thinking about using wordpress.org or either a hosting platform such as Go Daddy or another recommended company that that will host my potential WordPress site. Thanks for your help
