Goran theme images cropped on mobile devices

Hi,
I am using the Goran theme for the website marketinthebay.com. On mobile phones, on the Home page, the header image is truncated. I have set up this image as a the featured image on the Home page, as opposed to using a custom header image, as using a custom header resulted in the image being cut off on all devices.
The Home page looks great on tablets and large screens. Is there any way to fix this for mobile devices? The site is hosted by WordPress.com and we haven’t paid for any design options.

The Header Image and Featured Image on the theme work best with images that can handle being adjusted for responsiveness/based on screen size, rather than one with text that requires exact display. (You may be able to make it work with some custom CSS, but that would require custom code and the Premium upgrade to have access to adding your own CSS. If you decide to go that route at some point, there is a CSS Customization forum here that would be helpful if you’re new to CSS.)
Alternatively, have you tried using the Logo option? Under Customize > Site Title, there’s a spot to upload a logo. It would display your image smaller at the top left, but the theme would be sure to display the whole thing/not crop it at all based on screen size and would only uniformly reduce the image size as needed (so all text would remain visible). This is often the best spot for images with text like this.
