  Suddenly got an e-mail and said import failed. How can I re-import again?? Thanks

  Please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  I know many people in the forums have had problems with this lately. Here is instructions on how to import from xanga: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  if you have further trouble, we can flag staff for further assistance.

  Staff might need to manually reset your blog importer if you continue to have trouble. Just let me know how it goes!

  Hi daisyty,

  I have manually reset your import for you. You should be able to try it again. Please refer to the instructions doublebassd linked, particularly the part about needing to import ALL of the files from Xanga.
