Got an unauthorised charge from WordPress!

  I just received a bill of USD$13 charged to my credit card. I believe this is for the domain mapping. I did not subscribe to any auto renewal. Moreover, I had ceased my domain registration.

  The support link is making me go round and round. How can I contact someone to have this charge refunded?
