Got Authorization code form Godaddy, can’t transfer

Hello, as the title says, I am unable to do the transfer as I keep getting the message ‘portuguesa.ca can’t be transferred, but you can connect it instead.’
I do have a transfer code so I’m not sure why this option is not available for me. I don’t want to pay extra to connect it.

Only the transfer option is available, I already changed the DNS in godaddy to point at wordpress but still can’t get the connect option.
