Got billed for an account I no longer have access to

Today I got billed for a site that I no longer have access to. The only way I could figure out how to contact support was through logging into this other account.
I am no longer able to access the account that is being billed because the email is no longer active. I’m looking for a way to remove the billing from that account so my card is no longer charged $300 every year. Please help.
