Got charge full amount for service that was cancelled on that same day as renewal?

This seems extremely bogus, since it was ON THE DAY OF RENEWAL

I’ll be happy to sort this out. It looks like there was a WordPress.com Premium renewal for envisage.live that you were billed for. The renewals are set up to go through automatically be default. This prevents you from losing the domain through the expiration process.
I see that we’ve already $66.00, the remaining $33 is the domain registration portion which has not been refunded yet. Before I process the remainder of the refund I want to make sure you have no plans on using envisage.live again in the future?
When the domain is cancelled and we process the refund it becomes unavailable for quite some time, up to a year. Before I proceed I just want to confirm that you’d like to cancel envisage.live and receive the additional $33 refund to match the renewal price of $99.

That domain in particular will not be used again. We plan on pursuing another one with a slightly different mission. Thank you.
