Got charged $443.52, but for what?

I want to completely close any and all affiliations with my website and wordpress, and I haven’t been able to do so yet. I’m curious however as to what subscription would cost me this much cash (CAD) ? Any ideas?

Also, the times I have been trying to close my account under my main page, i get this :
“Failed to retrieve all domains”
And when I try giong to my site, i get this:
“Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”
I’ve tried everything. I just need my account purged to be honest. At this point, I’m cosdiering asking my CC company to not charge me wordpress purchases. Would that work in gettting my account deleted?

On 7 October your Business Plan renewed at the cost of C$443.52, and on 12 October your domain, goidealconnect.com, renewed at the cost of C$24. You can see the receipts for both upgrades here:

Just to confirm, you wish to completely cancel your Business Plan and the domain, goidealconnect.com, and remove them from your account?
You should be able to cancel both of these yourself from the page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, but if that’s not working for any reason, we’re happy to handle this for you from our end.
There’s some implications for each of these, so please confirm each of the following:
Business Plan:
I see you’ve had plugins or a custom theme installed on your Business plan site.
When cancelling your Business Plan, we’ll need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.
Please confirm that you understand this if you want us to proceed with this process. Also confirm whether you want us to attempt to preserve the site’s content, or whether that doesn’t matter if you plan to delete the site afterwards.
You’re still within the refund period, so we’ll refund the full payment of C$443.52.
Domain:
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.
Also note that you’re already past the refund period for goidealconnect.com, so the C$24 renewal payment is not refundable. If you prefer, you can keep this domain registered on your account, or you can even transfer it to another provider to use it there instead.
If you’re sure you want to completely cancel the domain, please confirm that as well.

Thank you for the response. Yes, let’s refund the $443.25, and since the domain is not refundable, keep it registered on my account for the time being.
Let’s go downgrade the business plan to the free plan, and let’s attempt to preserve the site’s content, but if it gets in the way of downgrading somehow, feel free to delete.

I’ve downgraded your site, and it looks like all your pages and media files made it through the process. The site didn’t have any blog posts published, but the process has restored the original default posts that were there when you first created the site.
I’ve also cancelled your Business Plan and refunded the renewal payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
