Got Charged for fedex need to cancel

    I am not using this site and I want to close it. I did not know it was on auto pay, I need to cancel the fedex charges. How do I do that? Thanks

    Hi –

    The site mentioned is set up on the other version of WordPress. It’s not using our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. I’ve double checked that we have never charged anything to the account you are using here to contact us.

    Instead, you are using the open source, WordPress.org software and the site is hosted by Site Ground. I am guessing that your charge is coming from them. Please contact them for confirmation, the domain registration is also through them.

    If you’re inquiring about a site other than uesakausa.com let us know.

    Additionally, the WordPress.org forums are available to you via https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ but since this is a billing question, and that software is free, I don’t think it’s the best place to ask for help.
