Got charged membership renewal a month early

I had initially made my website (lui-yeon.com) on January 19th, 2022 and signed up for WordPress Premium (Jan 19th, 2022) with a discount (half off) for the first year. I was intending to change the subscription to Personal, as I found I wasn’t needing to use the premium features. However, I found that my subscription was renewed as premium a month early this morning without my action and before I could switch to Personal. Is it possible still to be changed to Personal and receive a refund for the extra charge on my account?

That’s no problem, I’ve made that change and refunded the difference between the premium plan and personal plan.
