Got charged without permission

  Hello there,

  my credit card got charged 13 Euros. So I checked up on that but I just verified my concern: I do not have any active subscriptions nor plugins that I know of. My credit card is also not listed on my wp-account

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
