  I’ve put a link of a blog traffic directory to my blogroll, but now I’ve got banned. I didn’t know it against the policy. Is there any chance that my site will be activated again ?

  We volunteers can not help you. Contact staff via the link they sent you when your blog was suspended. Staff does not discuss TOS violations in this public forum.
