got disconnected from posting to facebook from blog

  Hello! I post weekly to our organizations weekly blog, and this past week, and it is set up that when I schedule a post it will automatically post to our facebook page. This past week I saw that we are ‘disconnected’ from facebook and have to reconnect, but I can’t figure out how to reconnect it when I click on the reconnect button. Our facebook page is up and running fine. Can someone please help?
