  I dont know what happened but all my paid for like Flatsom and all its themes are gone, my 4 number pin does not work and more

  Flatsome is a third-party theme, which requires a Business plan or higher on WordPress.com. I’m not seeing any plan upgrades on you account. Is your site hosted elsewhere?

  I recommend reaching out to the theme author and/or your host for support.

  If your site is hosted with WordPress.com, can you please share its URL?
