Got my refund for the plan, how do I get my refund for the domain? The $13 charge?

  I’m trying to cancel my account with WordPress. I was able to get my refund for the plan I paid for but it didn’t say if I got my refund for the $13 I was charged for my domain name. How do I get that back?

  The domain name and domain mapping charge of $13 is included in the upgrade package.

  Did you want to let the domain name knowing that you may not be able to register it again elsewhere?

  Or do you want to keep it and use it on another site?

  I wanted to let the domain name go because I no longer need it. But I mapped it and paid the $13 for it. Now, I’m told I need to cancel my account all together with WordPress. I already got my refund for the plan I was on, the $99 but $79 at the time, but it doesn’t give me the option to refund the $13.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
