Got no email verification, can't activate…

I’m helping someone with their site, but they haven’t gotten email verification and can’t activate. They have been charged $26 and billed to credit card.

Help is not needed on my site, but my friend’s sight: RanchoEcotopia.wordpress.com They paid to extras, got billed but haven’t gotten email verification and can’t activate.

The owner of the site http://ranchoecotopia.com/ needs to their email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as their “social” tab in Gmail, if they use it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Hello there, The premium upgrades are working on the site RanchoEcotopia.wordpress.com. If the user wants to edit the site, he/she can go to: http://ranchoecotopia.wordpress.com/wp-admin
All Upgrades are viewable by clicking Store → My Upgrades in the site’s Dashboard.
As timethief mentioned, if the user continues to have difficulty with the site, we must be contacted via that user’s account and email address.
