    Someone used my card [redacted] .My friend sent mail for me and his account become premium . How is that possible ? Please help me .

    Seeing as you posted your full credit card number here, in a public forum accessible to anyone with access to the internet, I can completely understand that someone was able to use your card without your permission.

    You should NEVER post your credit card details anywhere online and NEVER email it to anyone, not even to customer support – we will never ask you for your full credit card number anywhere but on a secure checkout page, and that’s the only place you should ever provide information like that on any website.

    If your card was used to purchase something from WordPress.com without your permission, please open a support ticket with our billing support team on this page:

    They will then follow up with you privately to get the information necessary to help with this.
