Got scammed by WordPress.com??? Chat not solving replying/solving problems

Second time reporting the same.
Chat (happiness engineer) ghosted me the whole weekend, since Friday Oct 11th 2024 until Monday morning (Oct 14th) when someone came asking for nonsense questions at 4:00am instead of providing answers/solutions, I replied to them but again ghosted till Tuesday morning (Oct 15th), when someone tried to gaslight me during the chat messages, and then promised to take care of my situation but later they just deleted (magically) the full chat history with all previous answers….. Simple terrible, bad, poor, customer service, this is an insult to paid plans customers (Commerce Plan here).
Urgent a manager or supervisor to take care of this, better to recognize you are facing a problem that to keep lying to your customers about the 24/7 support which is not true at all.

What the problem is, all woo extensions included on my plan went inactive and no one can fix it, Things I tried: disconnecting woo from WordPressdotcom and connecting back again, Restore Plugins and Subscriptions, Clear Caches multiple times different ways, Re-validate wordpress.com account connection, but nothing have worked thus far…

Guys please, if WordPress.com (Automattic) are facing challenges, you better say it and be clear with we all here that are paying, many many of us (tech/startups) will understand and adapt to new temporary rules, I am referring to this notice about the allegedly sue between Automattic and WPEngine (https://www.theverge.com/2024/10/4/24261931/wordpress-matt-mullenweg-automattic-employee-pay-package). Now if this terrible customer service from the Happiness Engineer chat is not related then you then better have a director/manager to look into it, and be ready to lost a lots of your customers, cause tech stuff is the first step, but customer service make a huuuugeeee difference/value.

Now the chat button just dissapeared (it is not piping up). As I said before, make an honest communication, this tis not good in anyways, we cannot guess what’s going on, we are just experience this terrible service…
