GP limit choices perks

  I’m creating a form with six options ranked in order of preference from 1-6 . Once someone chooses an option as their first choice, I don’t want that option to be shown in 2nd choice and likewise for all the options. In short, I want the option to be hidden once it’s selected to prevent people from choosing it twice. I thought GP Limit choices perks will help to solve this issue but it’s not. Can anyone please help me out. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
