Grace period and transfer

  Can a member of staff contact me please?

  I’m in the grace period and need to renew the domain then I want to transfer please?
  Transfer was not an option in the domain account settings when the domain was still mapped.
  Help says… For most TLDs registered through WordPress.com, an expired domain falls into a grace period for about 10 days to two weeks. During this short window, the domain can be renewed at the regular price. If you experience difficulty renewing your domain during this time, go to the Help section.   As you mentioned, this domain was not registered with WordPress.com, only mapped. It looks like ENOM is the registrar – you’ll need to contact them to check the registration status and once you do that, we can assist you with re-mapping the domain to your WordPress.com site.

  Also, I see that you want to transfer the domain away from us. If that is the case, since the domain isn’t registered with us to begin with, there’s nothing else you need to do on this end. If you want to transfer the domain way from ENOM, you’ll need to reach out to them. Thanks!
