Grace period for expired domains

    My domain expired four days ago. I would like to buy it again, but without the premium package. I basically just want to URL, as I am going to move it to my squarespace site.

    When I try to manage my purchases / renew, there seems to be a glitch with the purchase page, as it directs me back to the start of the transaction. Any help?

    Hi there,

    You are unable to pay for the upgrade because is not associated with the account that you are contacting us from. You will need to log into the account that you used to purchase the upgrade in order to renew it.
