Grace Periods

why isn’t there new features should be created to allow users to continue and save their work if they are unable to make a full payment for jetpack? one of the main problems is by denying a user the right to work on their site they are unable to generate revenue and site traffic in order to be able to pay future payments. there’s no leniency here. I think we as users should be allowed at least 30 days to work on our site even if we are unable to make a payment in order to receive funds and be able to pay off payments this site requires with the option to remain a full member in the end. basically we are put on probation and provided assistance when and where needed by wordpress. also it would be nice to see a donation feature that would allow other users to donate to a user who may need help and have wordpress accept that as payment directly. there’s no comradery here. we are paying for services that still need work and I don’t believe is worth the price paid to be here. I could be wrong but that’s what I think.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Jetpack is a free WordPress.ORG plugin that allows you to focus on what you do best. Create and publish great content. We’ll take care of the rest. https://jetpack.com/

    This is wordpress>COM support.

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/

Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
    http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
    Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
