‘JetEngine plugin does not have permission on your site to add data stores.
Plugin uses $wpdb->query function to add data stores, but it does not get processed.
You need to set permissions for JetEngine to add new records to the database.’
This was the answer when i tried to ask them why jetengine is not creating and saving new stores

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Being admin, not having any privileges, when searched in phpmyadmin, i need to grant the admin to assign all privileges. Not able to view the ‘users’ tab or assign privilege tabs in phpmyadmin, is there any solutions to add from sql tab with certain command.

  • Hi @jeph79 – the database tables created by JetEngine were corrupt. My colleague:

    • deleted the (empty) corrupt tables in the DB
    • deactivated and reactivated the plugin
    • checked the tables in the newly recreated database
    • created a test data store and it worked

Normally we don’t do this sort of hands-on work for a third-party plugin, but we made a one-time exception here.

Feel free to reach out again if we can help with something else.
