Granting Admin permission

  I’m migrating my blog from a self-hosted .org site to a .com site. To assist, I have to grant Admin permission to BOTH my blog site (which I’ve already done) AND to my WordPress.com site to my coder. How do I grant Admin permission to my WordPress.com site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks, very much for this! The instructions you forwarded on how to invite contributors, etc., were the ones I followed to grant Admin access to my blog site. But I’ve been asked to also grant Admin access to my WordPress.com site. (My blog is self-hosted but I have a .com site via Jetpack). Any idea how to do that?
