Graphic glitching on loading

  There is a glitch on my site and not sure how it has developed of how to fix it. When the site is loading the company logo graphic shows as a blue box just for a split second and then it renders. Any idea of how to resolve this issue.
  Lazy load is enabled but does not affect any other graphic so cannot work out why this is happening.
