Graphs, spreadsheets, arrows and stuff

  Hi again,
  I plan displaying a lot of statistical data, graphs, arrows and explanatory text. Since I do a lot of PPT’s I have been used to modify any graphic content so as to be more pedagogical.
  In WP, do I have to convert all my graphics in PS and then add it to WP or is there an easier way to import spreadsheets, graphs etc.
