Thanks for the link. These are the accepted file types for images > http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/
These are the instructions for uploading images regardless of what was used to create them. If you are asking whether or not you can embed that software in a free hosted WordPress.com blog or not the answer is “no”. -

That’s what I suspected. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot embed software like that into them. Please read this entry > WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences.
You’re welcome. :) -
Well due to the fact that I already have a own webserver and run some php/java backend behind nginx frontend I will try to move to wordpress.org
Thanks for your help an answer.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/If you wish to have complete control over a blog, the ability to upload themes and plugins, and to edit themes and templates then your option is to hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it.

Why Graphviz only? WordPress.com supports Google Docs, and you can embed Google Docs drawings (even graphs) into your posts. I generally make Graphs using either Mathematica or WolframAlpha (as form of Images) and then upload & use them.

Well the nice thing on graphviz is:
- I can change the pic online
- I have no
external dependency
like google
- I don’t need to edit on my desktop ant then upload it to the blog
