  Na conta gratuita não consigo mais fazer download de plugin nem instalar um tema novo (já que o GeneratePress não tem mais por aqui)???
  Isso só é possível no plano mais caro, agora??
  Não se pode nem ao menos utilizar essas ferramentas para iniciar a construção do site e num momento mais à frente pagar por um plano?!!??

  In the free account I can no longer download a plugin nor install a new theme (since GeneratePress does not have any more here) ???
  This is only possible in the most expensive plan, now ??
  Can not even use these tools to start building the site and at a later time pay for a plan? !! ??

  It has never been possible to install plugins and custom themes on a free WordPress.com site. That option is only possible on the Business Plan, and we only introduced this feature in May 2017.
