Gravar wont work to post my rebranded logo

    Hi there,
    I have been struggling to get the gravatar profile added to my website. I have clicked on the ‘add WordPress site’ and nothing appears even though my website directed me to Gravatar to get my logo updated. I never received the confirmation email, as I checked the spam and searched the inbox.
    I have tried entering it manually and when I click the blue button to add, nothing happens. I have resigned into WordPress, still nothing happened. I really think there is a glitch because I have done all the troubleshooting in the support forum. I really need help with this matter.

    I have been struggling to get the gravatar profile added to my website. I have clicked on the ‘add WordPress site’ and nothing appears even though my website directed me to Gravatar to get my logo updated. 

    You wouldn’t really be adding a Gravatar profile to account. Instead, the account would be connected via Email Address, and the profile image of which can be edited here: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Just to check, what change are you looking to make to this Gravatar account or another?
