  A gravatar account and a wordpress.com account are one in the same thing. http://en.gravatar.com/support/existing-account/

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.

  The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any WordPress.com/Gravatar accounts for the email address you provided.

  Are you trying to add an additional email address to your existing account? I can see that we did send out the emails, but they bounced back so either your email is configured incorrectly or your email provider is blocking our emails for some reason.

  Can you please check on that, and let me know if you need any more help.
