  My account is active, but i am unable to use my gravatar as my profile pic. I follow the prompts, but it hasn’t worked.

  Where are you trying to upload the image? The best place to do it is from the profile page, here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/

  If you are getting an error when trying to upload the image, try clearing your browser cache, and also try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome, if possible.

  Make sure your image is either a JPEG or PNG file, and the image itself should be around 500×500 pixels big.

  If none of that works, please let me know at exactly what point in the process you are having trouble.
