  trying to get the email that we created for gravatar which is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  i am not receiving the conformation email. Should be in WordPress account? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The email address on your WordPress.com account is showing as verified. You can check which email address this is on your Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Were you trying to add another email address to your Gravatar account?
