  Why is my gravatar showing up on email post that has nothing to do with WordPress?

  Hi,

  Gravatar images are used by many platforms on the internet, with most not being connected to WordPress in any way. For example, I use Hootsuite, and my gravatar image appears there as well.

  Most likely your email application is using Gravatar to source images for emails.
