  We are all real people here. As far as I know not a single zombie answers questions on these support forums. There is no phone support. This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

  To set up gravatar display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Avatars” section.

  Also note that your Gravatar.com account is a WordPress.com account.

  Whatever you enter here > Users > My Profile in the “About you” section on your blog will also display on your gravatar profile page here http://en.gravatar.com/cyndeth If you don’t want to display it then remove what you placed in “About you” on your blog and click “save changes”.
