  Hello,
  I am having an issue with the gravatar profile not being pulled into a profile that was created for me on another website. I have been able to pull my gravatar into other places successfully however I am having trouble here. There have been success with other team members that have been able to pull their graviton profile into our work website.

  Hi there,

  Can you please share the URL/web address you are trying to display your Gravatar on? Are you trying to display your Gravatar on psantiagoortiz.wordpress.com?

  I would suggest trying to re-upload your Gravatar here by following these steps – https://en.gravatar.com/emails/

  1. Crop the image before you upload to 128px x 128px
  2. Make sure you set the rating to “G” as some sites don’t allow higher ratings.
  3. Make sure the filename just has lowercase letters and numbers in it, no special characters.
  4. Make sure it is the proper file type jpg, gif or png.

  Note that Gravatars will take may take some time after uploading to appear, you can read more on the Gravatar FAQ – https://en.gravatar.com/support/

  This is the website where my Gravatar isn’t showing if you scroll all the way to the bottom you’ll see. I’ve also already made sure that everything was matching to the mail so we are still unsure

  Hi there,

  If your profile isn’t showing on another website, then the problem is likely caused by an issue on that website.

  I see that site is using the self-hosted WordPress.org softwar. Caching problems on self-hosted WordPress sites is known to prevent Gravatars from updating correctly. That’s something an the owner of that site will need to fix on their hosting provider’s end, so not something we can help with here.
