  Hi,

  My gravatar doesn’t work on Mailbird and Hootsuite? What can be the problem?

  Hi Jan,

  Could it be that you have a firewall installed that is blocking gravatar.com?
  I know that Hootsuite can sometimes fail to load parts of its dashboard because of the firewall and if so, you can try adding *.gravatar.com to the firewall whitelist.
