I checked both your sites hosted here as well as your self-hosted site, and none of them are deleted.

https://en.gravatar.com/profiles/editIt sounds like your profile is just hidden. You’ll see a link there to un-hide the profile, which will make it appear again so you can edit it.

I have tried logging in using the link you have posted. I put in user name and pw and it takes me back to this. https://en.gravatar.com/site/login

@suehallnet, try logging into WordPress first, then visit Gravatar.com directly. It should give you a chance to sign in using your WordPress account.

@supernovia I have done that about 20 times. It does not work. I still get We’re sorry, that profile has been deleted.Surely this cannot be that difficult? In anticipation………

Hi @suehallnet, I just tried logging in as you to see if I could see this loop you were getting. I logged into WordPress first, then into Gravatar using the link in the upper right at Gravatar.com .
I was then able to un-hide the profile.
Can you try a different browser to see if that will let you log in, or (if your browser has been open for a while) try closing your browser completely, then opening it again to see if that helps?
