I’m moving from wordpress.com to new one wordpress.org.
I added the profile picture on Gravatar, but I don’t know why it doesn’t show up on both of them.
It’s really driving me nuts…
Any help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Are you using the same email on the WordPress.org site as you’re using here on WordPress.com? Gravatar images are connected to an email address, so if you’re using a different email for the new site, you’ll have to add it as a secondary email to your Gravatar account and upload it’s own image for that email.
If you’re using the same email address, it could be a caching issue. Clearing the site cache on your self-hosted site might help with that, but you’ll need to ask in the self-hosted forums for help on how to do that:

I’m moving my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org (hosted by siteground).
At the moment I’m using the same email for pentagrammidifarina.wordpress.com and for the new website (not already launched and public) pentagrammidifarina.com.I still don’t know what’s the problem.
I have already cleared the cache.Thanks

In that case it sounds like there might be a problem with the self-hosted site that’s preventing it from fetching your Gravatar image. That’s not something we can help with as we don’t have any access to that site. Please post in the self-hosted forums I linked to above. The users there will hopefully have encountered issues like this before and have advice on how to fix it.
