Gravatar add email

Hi, I need a mod to unblock an email that I would like to add to my Gravatar account. I tried adding a new email to Gravatar (with my own domain). I thought I had a catchall email rule, turns out I didn’t. Therefore the confirmation email was not received and probably bounced back to you as undeliverable. I subsequently created the email, and tried again, but this failed every time (no further confirmation email where sent and now it’s not even trying – says it’s an invalid email). Looks like it got blocked due to the first undelivered attempt. Please could a mod unblock it so I can try to add it again? There’s only one email in this state and I assume you can find it on my account.

And now it look like I can’t change anything on my Gravatar account. (Can’t set images on email address, change primary etc).

My mistake, just had to refresh the page. Probably a CSRF token expired. Nevertheless, confirmation emails for the new email adress are still not coming through.

From what I see here that email is already associated with your account.
Also currently there isn’t an active block from our side & the last email was sent around 9 hours ago.
If you still don’t see the mail try checking the spam folder & feel free to let us know if you’re still facing the issue. -

Many thanks. It’s actually another email, not the one I created yesterday, since that was a non-preferred choice. However I tried again just now and received the confirmation email this time. It looks the additional email confirmations were blocked from being sent your side for several hours yesterday after you got the undelivarable reply from the intial attempt (quite a reasonable anti-spam security measure). Anyway, it’s fine now. Thanks for your help!
