Gravatar added email not showing in Dashboard

hello,
i am managing a Gravatar account for a client and after setting up their main email address, i have added another to their account. however after a number of days after clicking the authorization link, it simply does not appear in the dashboard.
note that the new email address is of the same domain as the main one – is this an issue?

Main account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Ive tried to add (email visible only to moderators and staff) and confirmed she had activated the link – she even sent it to me and I clicked it. But under Joanna’s dashboard it simply doesn’t show up.
I would like to remove the second email – srennard so I can create a separate Gravatar for her. But when I tried to create a new account it said it already existed. I figure because it is associated with Joanna’s. Appreciate any assistance.

Hi @mrcavallo, these accounts are already separate, actually. Can you have her log out then log in to the other?

thanks for clarifying. not sure how that happened, i have requested a new password for the second use so they can try and access. will see how that goes.
