Gravatar and Domain Name

  Hi. When using your own domain name, (yourname.com) why doesnt the small pic next to the site name on the browser tag show up? It does when using the site name with .wordpress.com at the end of it. Can anyone suggest a way I can get it to work, please?

  the website in question is http://gigised.com
  It is a wordpress.com hosted, but she is using her own domain name.
