Gravatar and Website issues

My gravatar will not update on our website’s dashboard ((email visible only to moderators and staff))despite multiple attempts at correcting my Gravatar (and deleting all my other images).
Also, there’s a user bar that is not showing up for me when I’m OUT of the dashboard and just on the main site that shows up for other people/writers who are logged in, any idea why?

As you can see, the correct avatar shows up on this page, but not on our actual website’s dashboard or on the site when an item is published.

What you provided above is an email address, not a website link. Can I assume you’re speaking of the website at http://lettermenrow.com/?
That site is not hosted on our servers at WordPress.com, so we have no control over your Gravatar integration. It could be that your site’s cache just needs to be refreshed. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to find out their recommended method for doing that.
