Gravatar Appearance

  I have uploaded a picture for my avatar and moved the widget to show up on my blog home page, however the Gravatar logo still shows, not my uploaded picture. You can only see the uploaded picture when you hover over the logo. How can I remove the Gravatar Logo but still have the link up to my Avatar profile and info?
