Gravatar – can I create accounts for other people in my organisation?

  I’d like to set up ,gravatar, accounts for a couple of senior people within my company. I will be posting blogs and comments as them because they don’t have the time or inclination to do it themselves. Is it possible to set up other gravatars for other people or is the creation tied directly to the individuals email address?
