[Gravatar] "Can I delete my uploaded images?" doesn't work

    I tried “Add an Image” -> “A previously upload image” remove previous image but it doesn’t work. Please fix this.

    PS. Where is the contact form???

    Hi vmu68513vmu68513,

    Under My Gravatars, you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the page where your uploaded Gravatars are, and get a cross (X) when you hover over them. Click on the cross, and it will ask you if you wish to remove that particular Gravatar forever.

    Hello,

    Removing current Gravatar images works, but trying to remove Previously Uploaded Gravatar Images (https://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/new/existing) no longer works for me either; and so I think that this is probably a bug.

    I have notice this problem for a while now, but I did not report it (probably because their contact page is closed, among other reasons).

    I will add the Modlook tag to this topic so that a staff member can check out this problem for us when they get back in a few days or so, but it might take a week or more for them to catch up with this topic.

    Hi! You may remove a Gravatar by clicking on “My Gravatars” from the top menu:

    https://en.gravatar.com/emails

    Simply click on the “X” that appears beside the image when hovered on to delete it.

    Hello Druesome,

    I am talking about Previously Uploaded Images that were once uploaded but are currently not in use now, you can see what I am talking about from my link above, and it available when you are going to add a new images and you have the option to choose from Previously Uploaded Images.

    There is a bug where you can not remove images from there, you can click to remove it and click okay, but the images do not delete like they are supposed to.

    Hi John! Yes, I do see the problem there. Deleting a Gravatar from “My Gravatars” doesn’t get rid of it either. I’ll make a report on this. Thanks for the heads up!

    @all: Our engineers have addressed the issue, and deleting uploaded images is now possible. If you can help us confirm this in your accounts, that would be great. Thanks for pitching in!
