Gravatar confirmation email

  I’ve logged into Gravatar to set up my account. I never received the confirmation email. I’ve already checked the spam folder, it’s not there. I’ve 4 or 5 times to have the confirmation resent, but I never get it so I can’t finish the Gravatar set up. I’m really frustrated. I know my email works because I’ve tested it out. Why can’t I get the confirmation email? Can you please check this out.

  I was finally able to get signed in, but I had to use my personal gmail account and not the email that is for my website. Not too happy about that, because I wanted the two linked. Now I can’t do anything about the email. On the gravatar website it says I can’t delete it so now I’m trying to add the other email as a secondary. There are a lot of people having the same issue as I am

  Thanks for doing that. I just received a confirmation email for the second email address I want to add, but when I click on the link to confirm, it sends me to the page where I can add an additional image, but the new email address isn’t there and the page is asking me if I want to add another email so I keep going around in circles. Hopefully, this can get fixed, too.

  Hi there,

  Your account is already verified, and it’s only showing one email address for me, the Gmail address that’s used for your WordPress.com account which appears here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  If you want to use a different email address for your WordPress.com account, don’t add it as a secondary address in Gravatar. Instead, you need to change the address in your WordPress.com account settings.

  If it won’t save or won’t verify, please let me know what the email address is so I can check if there is a problem.

  Hi Kokkieh,

  I think I’m good to go. Gravatar is finally working properly and I’m able to post comments on sites, so I think I’ll just leave the email as is.
