Gravatar displaying in Facebook instead of image from daily post

I know that I have to load image via Media link and then bring it into my daily post rather than upload directly from camera or computer.
Initially, a portion of my header was displaying in FB…now my gravatar is displaying with each post.
I tried the debugging tool but not sure how to use this….do I just insert my webpage url for debugging?
I am using Modularity Lite theme.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this. When using Publicize, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
