Gravatar does not go to my blog.

My user on my site pheinix.com has been using gravatar for a long time. Just a short while ago my gravatar has disappeared. It was at the time I installed BuddyPress. It has only been my user. I have now been using a custom user plugin but BuddyPress has not been picking up on this. Any ideas. P.S. My gravatar shows up on wordpress.com

Got to admin then go to settings>BuddyPress then go to the options tab find the profile settings header and Allow registered members to upload avatars
